Samsung N5200 Stream App Not Found

I just bought a Samsung N5200 and the Xfinity Stream app is not showing up when I search. Why???

Hi, @user_2f78e3, have you already ensured the TVs firmware is up to date? This can sometimes cause trouble when searching for particular apps.

We have a great page that might help this will help you see if your Samsung TV is compatible with the Xfinity Stream app or Stream app beta and also help walk you through setting it up! Thank you for your response.  However, I read that article before and it didn't help.

First off, I do not have a Smart Hub button on my Smart Control remote.

Second, when I entered "xf" (Xfinity Stream) as an App it didn't recognize any with that prefix.

Thank you for keeping us posted, @user_dmck and I want to make sure you're able to set up the Stream app on your TV. I don't have a cable box upstairs so I use the app on my TV and I love it! What is the make and model of your TV?

I appreciate you sending that over so I can continue to help, @user_dmck. I'm not seeing the N5200 listed as a compatible TV model with our Stream app. This is the reason you're not able to find the app when you search for it. Would you be interested in renting a cable box so you can enjoy your TV service on this TV?
