Samsung 2021 tv Xfinity Beta Stream App Error tvapp-00100
I am unable to authorize the Xfinity Beta Stream App on my Samsung 2021 tv. I have troubleshooted with both Xfinity and Comcast and it still isn't working. I'm able to search and install app, enter authorization code, shows success then error tvapp-00100. My tv has latest software. Have cold reset, deleted app, cleared cache, reinstalled app and same error. Reset modem same issue. No other devices streaming connected to modem. Address is showing as primary in account. No other accounts linked. Everything Xfinity suggested we have tried. Customer service issued a ticket and noone has gotten back to us like they said they would.

Hello and thanks for reaching out @user_ed12cd. I am sorry to hear you are having issues with the Beta app. It has been a couple of days since this was posted. Are you still having issues, or were you able to get this resolved?

Still does not work. After numerous phone conversations and chats with Xfinity and the speaking with the second represenative, now someone says the 2021 QN75QN85DAFXZA is not compatible. After nearly a month of communications now that noone can locate a fix to the problem this model is incompatible. Yet when I contacted Samsung yesterday I was told the tv is compatible with the Xfinity Beta Stream App. I can't get past the authorization. This has been a awful experience. I am highly considering discontinuing this service after many years.

I'm having a very similar problem with a brand new Samsung QN75QN85A (Purchased March 2022). I have the latest firmware.
After entering the registration code at xfinity.com/authorize, and getting the "success" screen on the website, I get the following error on the TV:
"Thank you for being an Xfinity Flex customer.
Currently, we cannot support your video service within this app but we're working on it. Order another Flex box today at xfinity.com/learn/flex. (Error: TVAPP-00165)"

I’m getting the same thing on all my Samsung TVs. It say success on my phone and then it act as if it will load. Then error:TVAPP-00165 comes up
