Same issue here… iPad crashing!

Hello I have been having the same issues. Recorded DVR shows are not playing on my iPad Pro, but but playing these shows works fine at home on our main tv/box. I’ve done all the trouble shooting I can do. I’m using home WiFi, and literally everything works except for this xfinity streaming app (Netflix, Prime etc. work perfectly) This problem has been going on for awhile, except now it’s escalated. When trying to play these recorded shows, not only does it freeze up like before… now it crashes my iPad! Can someone at xfinity please figure this out? This is so frustrating because I use what I record for my job… and I can’t review what I’ve recorded unless I’m at home. Please resolve this or give us an ETA of when you can look into it. Thank you.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to create a post. Can you check to see if you have this issue on any other streaming device (iPhone, laptop, etc.)? Also, have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app?

Yes I've tried everything, uninstalling/reinstalling. And yes this issue is on all devices with the app, iPad, iPhone etc.
