S1E2 missing episode

We have Acorn TV through XFINITY.  We can watch all episodes except Episode 2 of Season 1.  A search shows two different titles with the same synopsis but both require an additional payment.  This does not seem right to me.  It does not matter if I try to watch with XFINITY Stream on my iPad or on our TV via the X1 box.   Many other Acorn TV series are fully available.   Please help.

I have done a Direct Message and provided the information that was requested in the response - including a link to this posting.   The issue has NOT been resolved.
