The app was working fine a few weeks ago and now it only shows my purchased movies. I have reloaded the app, reboot my internet, unplugged, powered off, reloaded app, etc. I have been on hold several times on the phone for over an hour and never reaching anyone. I have been round and round with the "Chat with an agent" and I feel like I am not even in que. I just want to know if this is the new normal or something is wrong?

moved thread to stream TV area of the forum. Try streaming in the same home using same WIFI network on a smart phone/tablet using the same username/password.
