Roku

Good afternoon,

I am having an issue streaming xfinity thru my roku. We tried uninstalling and re installing numerous times but nothing seems to work. The only thing that comes up are movies we previously purchased. I do have xfinity internet. Please help, lol

do you have X1 TV and internet service with at least one working, installed X1 set top box that is receiving your subscription?

Hello BrandiN1 - we are sorry that you have been experiencing this.

We looked into your account and found that you are only subscribed to TVE channels on Flex - which are not yet supported on Roku devices.

If you wish to stream channels from your Roku, you would need to subscribe to our TV service.
