I've tried the sign out and back in
uninstall reinstall
app loads shows channel line up but gives error when selecting any channels

This sounds like it could be related to your credentials, but we will rule out all possibilities. Please go to https://comca.st/3EqqYd5 and choose the account you wish to activate your Roku device from by selecting the Make This Primary option. I am having the same issue on my Samsung TV. The app will connect, bring up the menu, load the channel list but can not watch any channel. Loading error then will be this app error. All this since the last application update. What to do next?
