Roku streaming audio issues
While using the Xfinity app on my Roku Streambar the audio regularly degrades in quality after watching for 20-30 minutes. There’s a click and then the audio starts to sound scratchy and like it’s in a tube underwater.
I can fix it by exiting to the menu or guide and then reentering but it’s really annoying.
I’ve asked the same question in the Roku forums and they say it’s an Xfinity app problem. I tend to agree because none of my other apps do that. It’s been happening for months and when o try to reach out to Xfinity I just get stuck in an automated response loop.
