ROKU streaming app

ROKU Streaming App - is only showing purchased - can't live stream or watch DVR shows. I've tried unistalling the app and installing it again but still the same issue. It can't be my account because I can use the app on my phone.

recently moved? try an experiment. go to Xfinity.com and sign in. go to account, then users and create a new user and use that new username/password to sign in to the roku. working?
