Roku Stream Beta App

Signed up for Xfinity TV streaming in June. Replaced the Firestick with the Roku because it was only compatible with the Roku. Over the last week, when trying to watch Live Stream it says my account is not setup for live stream, but I am able to live stream on my iPad.

try this first. on the roku menu navigate to the xfinity stream TV beta channel. press the * (star) button and remove the channel. unplug the Roku from power for 30+ seconds and plug back in. reinstall the Xfinity stream TV beta channel and sign in carefully approving the terms and conditions. working?
