Roku not streaming the app

I have several Roku streaming devices.   All are not streaming the Xfinity app.  Everything else streams fine. I can open the app, use the guide, etc.  but when choosing a channel it just says “unable to stream”.  I’ve tried deleting and reloading the app and restarting the Roku.  Nothing has worked

Hello user_dip4lj thanks os much for reaching out via our Xfinity Forums with these questions on your Roku devices! Is that error message happening on any channel you select, or only certain ones? If you have the Xfinity Stream App on non- Roku devices, does it work OK on those?
