Roku missing HD channels

Missing HD channels on Roku.  Called support, no avail, modem reset, experiencing same problem.  Need assistance.

I definitely want to make sure you have access to all your channels. I'll check your account to make sure it's set up properly and if so, this issue can usually be solved easily with a signal to realign your equipment with your subscribed services.
