Roku issue

I normally have no problem with my Roku xfinity streaming but today I am getting a message “sorry something went wrong please try again later. Error: TVAPP-00600 

I have signed out of xfinity streaming on Roku and signed back in but it did not help

I also want to thank you for taking the time to share the troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried; that’s incredibly helpful and appreciated. Sometimes, simply signing out of the Xfinity Stream app and signing back in can resolve a variety of issues, so it’s great that you’ve already given that a try. Another step that can often help is uninstalling and then reinstalling the Xfinity Stream app. Have you had a chance to try that yet?
