Roku getting error code 403.102

I’m all of the sudden getting this error message. It worked this morning and then stopped.  ItI is with 403.102 error message. 

 

@CCElla 

 

We have uninstalled the app > reboot Roku > reinstall in that order and it’s still not working. 

 

Could we get some help?

I am having the exact same problem, it worked perfectly fine yesterday and now today it's showing this.

Are you using a Comcast brand router? Or your own?

It’s an xfinity modem.

Sorry, but I reset my router setup and it was a misconfiguration of VPN that was causing our connections to be routed incorrectly. Good luck with resolving yours.
