Roku Error 403-102

I set up my Roku to use on a second tv. I opened the xfinity beta app, but it says I'm not connected to my home internet.  I've checked and rechecked, and I am connected to my home internet. What can I do to fix the issue? I am an xfinity customer with internet and wifi services.

Yes. I usually use my Xfinity App with my iPad and my laptop computer. But I had my router and iternet upgraded. Since then, I've gotten the same message on my iPad. Certain functions won't work within the app on my iPad either because it says I'm not connected to my home wifi.

use the xfinity my account app, the internet tab, and touch the gateway. compare the shown 'serial number' to the gateway's HFC MAC address. is it an exact match?
