Roku boxes deprovisioned

I need all my roku devices deprovisioned. i have already changed my password. I called Xfinity tech support but they didnt understand what I needed even after asking for app support. Hoping someone here can take care of my problem. Thank you.

I don't think Comcast really tracks Roku devices. You can delete the channel from the Roku device, then reboot it to fully clear out the data. If it's ever reinstalled, it should require re-authentication.

I want everything connected to Xfinity Beta streaming deprovisioned because I dont have access to one of the roku boxes and I want them logged out. I will relog my devices with the new password but they wont be able to reconnect to the stream without the passowrd.

it won't work at all on the stream app when not connected to your own home wifi.

@kari21
It’s been escalated to an Official Employee to help get your devices deprovisioned

Thank you everyone for helping me. I really appreciate all the helpful advice and getting this to an Official Comcast Employee to get this resolved.
