Roku 4 and steam app doesn’t load

I’ve checked everything, uninstalled app, checked Roku software, all other channels on Roku work fine. Never had any problems with this app until now…what’s the solution here?

By the way the xfinity help bot is absolutely useless, a complete waste of resources and only a source of frustration for customers
