Returned downloads not returned

I downloaded some shows to my Kindle to watch while traveling. I watched the shows then returned. The device was in airplane mode, but figured it would return when I was back online. Now xfinity says the downloads are on my device and the xfinity app on that device says I don't have any downloads. How do I get them out of this limbo so I can delete them?

I would honestly suggest logging out and then back in to see if that clears anything for you, @. If that doesn't work, try to delete the app and then redownload it, also, make sure you force close it before you try either one of these. If neither works, you can also send me a DM here as well to try and help you figure it out! 

To send a direct message you may need to:

Click "Sign In"

Click the "direct message" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

Go yo xfinity on your TV,  press saved go over to downloads the shows should show up there hit return.
