Xfinity Stream App not loading. Getting TVAPP-00249 error code when trying to open Xfinity Stream App on both my WI-FI TV and mobile I-phone at my home. Hard wire cable TV is fine for cable channels.

The Remote app is very handy when I lose my remote so I understand the importance of getting this fixed for you. We can help! Can you tell me if you are getting this error message on multiple set-top boxes and is this the first time you experienced this issue?
