Recordings not showing up on mobile app

Last week the recording icons and schedule icon o my app disappeared. I have signed out and uninstalled the app but nothing will bring back the icons. My husband has all his icons and recordings using my login and works fine. I spent about an hour on the phone with advanced support but nothing worked. I just want to watch Mayans on my streaming app. 😞
