Recordings not showing up in app

Why are my recordings not showing up in my stream app on my mobile device while I’m away from my home?

some are there and some are not.

I was wondering the same thing.  

 

I called xfinity this afternoon.  The poor lady on the customer helpline told me that this feature was disabled in the latest release, the same release that added the ability to schedule recordings remotely.  Product Management give the, Product Management take the away.

 

For those of us who travel a lot, this is a big step backwards!

i checked iphone, ipad mini, and android phone all had download option for completed recordings (not still recording).
