Recordings not showing on app

Yesterday the my daily recordings stopped showing up on the app. They can be accessed on the cable box but not my Samsung tv or iPad. 

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and searched the forum and while I see the same problem I never see a solution. 

please help

@user_bcfc96 Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us regarding your recordings not showing up on your app. I rely on my DVR for everything and love to take advantage of the ability to watch and monitor my recordings through my app so I can imagine how frustrating this is. I would love to dig further into this with you. Can you please reach out through private message, with your first and last name, name on the account if different and service address?

@ablair05 I know I use my Xfinity Stream app all the time and not having one of my shows available would be fustrating! I definitly want to help take a closer look at this for you!
