Recordings not on streaming app

I have recordings on the x1 dvr, but they are not showing up on the app on iPhone or on Roku.

when you have home DVR service you also get access to your own limited storage cloud DVR (the one your iphone/roku access). it holds a maximum of last 60 hours. the older recordings fall off making room for newer recordings. the loss there does not affect your much larger home DVR recordings.

I have less than 60 hours on my home dvr and only about 45-50 hours are showing up on my iphone x. Suggestions?

read the post just above your post. older recordings fall off the cloud DVR.

I did. My total hours on my DVR is 58. My total hours on my phone is 40. When I delete shows on my phone it doesn’t add new shows.

shows don't 'upload' to the cloud from the home DVR. they are recorded on both at the same time. if the elecricity or cable is out at home the cloud recording will still be made and is viewable automatically on the home DVR  (it streams it like the phone does).

So is there a way to get those older recordings back to the cloud once there is space again?

recordings should still be on the home DVR. On-demand for many shows are available right now especially during watchathon (just say 'free' into the voice remote).
