Recordings not able to view

My recordings are recording, and saying there are 4 recordings,  but they dont show up in the list to view them

What is going on with this stupid App ??

It'll Record; It WON'T display the

Recordings; Yet; the Memory up top

Clearly displays that there are Recordings

in the Cue; They just CAN'T be viewed.

This IS the Streaming App on a

Fire TV Box; NOT,,, Their X1 Box.

Hello ROBERTKE, thanks so much for reaching out here on our Xfinity Forums and adding your voice to the conversation! Have we tried some simple troubleshooting steps such as signing out/back in to the Xfinity App, or uninstalling this channel, then re-installing?  Do the recordings show up in other places? (Stream App on other devices, or on the X1 cable box)
