Recordings list error

Not all of the saved recordings on my box are visible in the recordings list on the mobile app. How can I get the full recordings list to show on the app?

Hello, @user_667633. I love taking my recordings on the go. Sometimes it's just to the other room where I don't have a TV but it sure is handy! Your X1 box has internal storage for all of your recordings. Only the most recent 150 hours of Cloud DVR recordings will be available in the Xfinity Stream app. As new shows record the older recordings would only be available on the cable box itself.
