Recordings have no sound
My recordings on the xfinity stream app are not playing any sound while the video is playing. Live TV plays sound fine. This happens when I am on home WiFi and also when I am not. Any ideas?

did you try a different stream device or computer to see if the audio works? it is likely that your non-working device is set to listen to SAP (secondary audio program) or Descriptive TV audio channel where there is no audio in that particular stream.
