Record button missing from xfinity stream app

I like to manage and set my recordings from the xfinity stream app. After moving recently, I was able to self install my tv box and router, but now I can no longer record from the app. I have deleted and redownloaded the app on multiple occasions. Is there a way to get the record button back?

There is also no record button when I go on the xfinity stream website.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page)
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message

I am having the same problem.  Reported it last week and have heard nothing.  Has it been fixed?

I am not seeing any reported issues regarding this @user_fb0ee1. I checked my app, and the record option was showing. Are you still having this issue?
