Re-activate Roku
There is a thread saying this issue was escalated to Tier 2 support and this was marked as "Best Answer." But what is the fix?? I have the same issue!

anytime you change wifi ssid you will automatically have to reauth your roku xfinity app. when you uninstall the xfinity beta channel and power down the roku (disconnect from AC power for 30+ seconds) and reinstall. the channel on reinstall will have you authenticate again. be sure to answer the terms and conditions, if you select 'do not agree' the service will not activate.

Thanks. I didn't change the SSID. As far as I know, the configuration has been the same, but both Roku devices ask to be authorized over and over.
what is the Tier 2 fix referred to in this thread?
Thanks,
Marcus
