the partner devices like TVs utilize app that are found in the manufacturer's app store. Look for Xfinity stream TV beta as an example. before attempting, it is usually a good idea to first use the TV remote and TV menu to update the TV's firmware/software. After all updates are completed, it is also best to unplug the TV from its AC power for 3-5 minutes.
