I have the same EXACT issue ! I also have two accounts (in two different states) I keep getting wrong info from comast, transferred all over and noone can help ! its so frustrating.  To make it worse I was on hold for over 2 hours for one call (just to be given wrong info).  If anyone figures this issue out please post! so frustrating.

promoted off-topic replies in dead thread on stream website to stream app area of the forum.

please state your exact problem and give an example. be sure to describe how connected (wifi/cell) and what you were trying to stream. what error messages/error numbers did you receive.
