Re: Missing Saved Favorites
Problem started this morning while was browsing through new movie additions by network.
ALL movies in saved favorites on Xfinity Stream online are missing. Only TV shows appear.
I cleared browser cache and restarted the desktop. Tried different browse5rs (Edge, Chrome, Firefox). None of the saved favorite movies appear or are displayed.
I called tech support. TV transferred me to internet and internet transferred me to TV.
So what is going on?

I just posted similar tosay, we are not alone...I have 2xroku's, x1 box and stream from their site. They all get messed up or disappear!
