Provisioning account to log out of all app devices

What is the best way to provision account to log out of all mobile app devices? We've changed our password but it didn't log out of mobile devices.

I think it may be call de-provisioning.  How can we set our account to log out all Xfinity Stream App logins and require apps to re-enter the password? When you change your password on Netflix or Spotify, it logs out of all devices
