Problem with xfinity stream/w Samsung

Having major issues..The xfinity stream app rarely works with my Samsung tv..It's a new tv...It buffers all the time or won't let me change the channel when the app does come on..driving me crazy!.And I'm paying for it.

user_feec45 Thank you so much for you post on the issues you have been running into when trying to use the Xfinity stream app on your Samsung TV. With Smart TV's just like our phones and comupters sometime need to have the temporay file cleares to help apps work correctly. From the steps on the Samsung site you can do this on your TV by following these steps.
  1. 1 Press the Home button on your remote control and then head to Settings. ...
  2. 2 Navigate to All Settings.
  3. 3 Choose Support and then Device Care.
  4. 4 Select Manage Storage.
  5. 5 Choose an app and then View Details.
  6. 6 Here you can select Clear Data and Clear Cache for the chosen app.

Once cleared you may need to log back in the next time you pull up the Xfinity stream app. Let me know if that helps!
