Prime Video and Prime Music apps freeze when trying to launch.

Other apps work fine. Prime video and music apps will not launch. They display the logo and three dots, then the dots disappear and nothing else ever happens. Just freezes.  I have rebooted several times but that does not solve the problem. Also went into apps setting, privacy, and deleted locally stored data as suggested by the xfinity assistant.  Nothing has fixed this problem. Please help!

Hi there, @user_oxr9jd Thank you for taking the time to reach out regarding  some of your APPs freezing which I know is a frustrating experience. To fix Prime Video and Music apps freezing at the logo on Xfinity, try forcing a full system restart (unplug power for 60 seconds), uninstalling/reinstalling the apps, or checking for system software updates. If those fail, clear the app cache and data, then check your internet connectivity.

I had tried rebooting the box several times. The problem was resolved with a new cable box.
