PLEASE Fix BETA Streaming App

Just got a new LG 2020 Smart TV.  I wanted to watch direct from the internet/App without having to use a Roku.  Well it worked for about a day, and now App will not work at all.  Tech support and myself tried everything, and I noticed many others with same smart tv issues.  Please fix this app so I don't need to have another remote etc.  thanks

Stopped working yesterday on my TV. Error when trying to authorize. Could also not login to account using computer. An hour with customer service solved nothing. Reset my modem. Working fine.  They said the app was having known issues and the auth site was down. All nonsense.

Hello.  Comcast reset my modem when I first contacted and it didn't work.  Upon a follow up call by them, they suggested I hard wire to the TV from the modem.  I really can't due to construction issue.  Even so, not sure if Tv even has an Ethernet jack, as many new ones don't I'm told. This might help others however.
