Please check why xfinify can not be streamed via Roku. It was working fine until today. Thanks

Streaming on two Roku tvs was fine last night, but this morning they are not working.  The one television directly connected works fine.

Hi!  Thanks for responding.  I actually fixed the problem by resetting my modem.  Both Roku TVs are streaming now with no issue.  However, oddly, after doing that, the Samsung TV that is directly connected to Comcast Xfinity couldn't connect.  After an hour with Xfinity trying to fix it, I called Samsung and they had it fixed in a matter of minutes.  Thank you for your suggestion!

Hello, @user_7ebfaf Thank you so much for reaching out to our Xfinity Community Forums for assistance. I am so sorry to hear you are having troubles streaming the Stream app through your Roku device. I greatly appreciate your providing the error you are receiving as well.


Have you attempted to uninstall the Xfinity Stream app from the Roku device, then reinstall it? Then restart your device? 

I no longer work for Comcast.
