Playback on mobile device

I can only watch on my application 5 or ten seconds and then stops as far as a video.Never had this issue.This the only application with poor playback quality. You tube, hulu, tubi tv etc play fine

are you at home or away from home. the description of the problem you describe might be because a VPN is being used and video disconnected. are you an X1 customer? what device are you using to watch?
