Playback Issue :: 2111 on Android Phone

I rarely can get my Samsung S20 Phone to run anything associated to Live TV, On Demand, Movies, etc.".  On "Live TV", I get the Playback Issue 2111.  For On Demand and Movies, I just get a continuous 3 streaming dots.  I can watch my recordings without any issue.  I have spent countless hours on the phone with techs at both the 1st and 2nd tiers without a solution that my last 2 to 4 hours.  The techs just do some sort of reset on my account to get it to initially work.  I have deleted the app, rebooted the phone and signed-out more times than imaginable.  Does someone know how to solve this issue?

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
