Playback freezing video on iPad

When I playback a show I've DVR'd through the Stream app, playback is normal until around the 35 min mark when the picture freezes but the audio remains playing This happens too often right now. Is there a solution? I tried reset the ipad and iPhone and the app but nothing happened

Hi! Is that happening with multiple recordings, or just one in particular?

I had the same problem I called 800 266 2278 and I had to go through the standard check with a nice lady but unsuccessfully then she sent all the info to a higher gear and I was told to wait an hour. After that my problem was gone and now works very

@user_98bab8​ please tell me it’s not wait an hour on the phone? I have the same issue and have called, tried everything to no avail

There’s no solution other than switching to the DVR to finish the show.  This is a well documented problem that isn’t getting fixed.  Search the forum and you’ll see many other threads with the same issue.

@SirLantzalot​ I’m sad for you that you accept that as ok. Its not. We pay for this service, so I’m not willing to accept that as an answer as a customer. In fact, I’m no longer a customer at the end of this billing cycle.
