Playback error 2111

So I was getting this error on my Xfinity stream app with fire tv on every channel I tried to watch. 

the tech geniuses are very very slow to respond.

here was my solution in order of how I tried to fix it and eventually did:

1  force stop the app and relaunch — didn’t work

2 check the fire tv to make sure the software was up to date - it was

3 uninstall the Xfinity app and reinstall - didn’t work

4 turn off or unplug the fire tv or tv entirely for 10 mins and plug back in —  wall-a!!!   Worked perfectly. 

if only the Xfinity guys would give you this basic rundown.., but nahhhh why bother?
