Playback Error 2111 error 3 on Insignia Fire TV

After trying all the past solutions to rectify the error (clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, making sure the TV software was updated (it was yesterday) I’m still getting this error while trying to watch live streams or any recording. The stream app works fine on my iPhone.

So today I dug around and cleared the cache again and then found a permission setting on the TV enabled data saving and viola, the live stream works again.

Help me--please tell me how you found this fix! I'm having the exact same problem. Every single thing I try to play (live or TV go) gives me Playback Error 2111 Error 3. My TV is new, and this just started 3 days ago. Up until then it was working fine. I did the same thing you did, deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times and clearing the cache multiple times. Nothing is working.
