Picture freezes sound continues while my bill continues to rise

When watching something recorded on DVR the picture freezes and the sound continues on the streaming app as well as the website. Meanwhile, my bill continues to rise. Just spent over an hour on the phone with Xfinity "help". They did a lot of apologizing and were no help whatsoever.

Hi, I understand you are having DVR issues. Does the picture freeze Does the picture freeze on all platforms? Have you swapped your DVR for a new one?

Hi. Does not freeze on the actual TV/DVR, but does freeze on the streaming app on my phone/iPad/website/etc

Got it. So it sounds like we're dealing with an issue confined to the Xfinity Stream app. Are you using the app right now? If so, which device are you using? We can try a few things to get this squared away!
