Peacock
According to Xfinity, I’m suppose to have a free subscription to Peacock until June 2025. But for the last 2-3 months, I haven’t been able to use it. Every time I log in it tells me that I need to have a subscription in order to watch shows on Peacock. Why do I need a subscription if I’m already suppose to have free access with my Xfinity account?

Thank you for reaching out to us here @Anyholt. I will be happy to look into any issue with that service from here. Was that subscription free based on the Gigabit internet tier or higher, or from your Xfinity rewards status?
