Peacock Activation

I am unable to activate my peacock subscription that is included in my 1 GB plan. After clicking the link to activate, I am taken to the Xfinity stream store subscription screen but the subscription doesn't appear. When clicking on the add & manage subscriptions button, it says peacock is already included and I can do nothing further. When clicking to activate peacock link directly, it says my account isn't eligible for the peacock offer.

To move forward with your concern, please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address. From there I can authenticate your account and assist you further. To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat. 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.

Same here. And opening Xfinity chat does nothing. I am told to log in when I am already logged in…that is how I got to chat! I am given a sign in link that results in a 404 error. I ask to talk to someone and am told to log in again. My last 2 bills show that I am getting Peacock Premium for free for 24 months and I haven’t changed my internet speed -still have gig- and yet it doesn’t show me how to activate and when I go to Peacock it says I need to upgrade to see anything.

I am also getting an error "We’re sorry, your account isn’t eligible for this Peacock offer" when I try to activate peacock subscription.

But in my Xfinity 1 Gig plan, the peacock subscription is included for 24 months. This is also confirmed by Xfinity support. This is mentioned in my Xfinity order email as well. Xfinity order referred me to Peacock support. Peacock support is not able to validate or help me in this.
