Peacock access

Hello,

I have a peacock account via Xfinity rewards. However, shows I can watch on my TV app and streaming box are locked on my cellphone. However do I fix this? I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, signed out, signed back in but everything is still locked.

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message” (upper right corner of this page)
 • Click the “Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the To line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message
