PBS Passport

I had PBS Passport available on my DVR just a few weeks ago and it disappeared. I have worked with 2 Xfinity techs, each for about an hour and exchanged my DVR. Still no Passport app. What happened to the app and how do I get it back?

user_r17mrd Thanks for reaching out about the Passport app missing from the device. I don't see any updates about it being removed. When you use the voice command and say “Watch PBS”, does that bring up the app by chance?
