Same for me on my iPhone XR All popular networks still unavailable. The only identifiable networks available are A&E and Cartoon Network. I wanted to watch CNN while running at gym but still not available.
Not for me. No favorites, no live TV and the only To Go channels are a couple of MTVs, Fox, NBC and a ton of useless channels. I’m taking off a day from work to cancel TV, Internet and phone, and turning in my equipment. I’ll be switching my services and my money to companies that care about my loyalty. I’ve been a customer for a couple decades.
I had the same issue. Some of my channels just came back, but missing a good number of them. Example would be: Fox (philadelphia) was out of home but now is no longer. Food network was not working out of home but now it is.
Hello @user_478f65606506 Thank you for reaching out through our Xfinity Forum. Can you try uninstalling the Stream app and reinstalling? Please let me know if this fixes the issue.
Yes, it appears that To Go is up and running for me. I can’t really tell if anything is missing, because the available list is quite long. my local channels are there, at least the same as before. Funny that Stingray music channels that appeared when this whole thing started, are now listed below the standard music choice channels.
Yes, To Go channels are available and work away from home on my iPad, using 5G. I’m in north Florida so maybe it’s spreading west and north? Not sure why it’s not back nationwide by now.
I have lost the out of home (tv go) channels too. I tried it on an older iPad that had not been updated and it still didn’t work. Infinity has either cut service intentionally or they don’t know what they are doing.
Congratulations to all, everyone’s persistence in this matter has given us back what we lost for now. Hopefully they understand how important this option is to its customers and they continue to provide us with what we pay for. Thank you to all for the hours on the phone to customer service.
My TVGO returned pretty much with the same service a few hours ago. Hopefully it will not disappear again! What a nightmare. I did leave a scathing review on the app site:)
We appreciate your patience while working to get this resolved. Glad to hear things appear to be working for you all again. If you run into any issues in the future, feel free to start a new post, and we'd be happy to help however we can. Take care!
I no longer work for Comcast.

Still not working in Vermont. Would be nice if service was restored to everyone in the same manner.
We are probably all paying in the area of $300 a month for our service. This is part of that service.
Any ideas as to when the rest of us will have our service returned? You will want your payment no matter what.
When you travel a lot for work this is something that is invaluable.

My TV GO has returned this morning.
Finally!
Let’s hope they stay, this has only happened one other time for a few hours that I can remember and we have had the service for many years.
