Now Tv is Garbage

Now Tv is Horrible.  Interface is slow and barely anything to actually watch.  Just movies and shows I still have to buy or rent.  Wasn't told that part in the advertisement.   Live tv is a joke. Also no extra box which is a blatant lie  when signing up.  Peacock alone isn't worth this price.  Signed up 2 hours ago and already want it gone.  Feel swindled just for trying it out.  Please help getting rid of it Website and Assistant are useless.
