Not deleting recordings
My recorded shows after watching I click delete. It says they are deleted in the percentage of show is showing, but they are still listed on the list of recorded shows. This is happening on my phone as well as on my fire stick. I have had Comcast out and spoken to multiple people on the phone and still no solution. Why is this happening

We sincerely apologize for this ongoing issue and for the frustrating experience you've had while trying to get it resolved. This is not the experience we want for our customers, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention @user_qlzl93. Is this issue with Xfinity stream only or do you have cable equipment as well?
