No sound on downloaded shows on iPhone
This is getting crazy… you guys have SOOOO many complaints about NO sound through the stream app on IPHONES for downloaded shows but you NEVER post the fix!!! Why??? I have reinstalled the app, no joy, reset factory settings on my phone (pain in the backside) AND cleared the cache on my phone, NEED HELP PLEASE!!!
thank you… QUESTION, just out of curiosity why haven’t you fixed the app? Seems that would be a great idea, just saying!!! Standing by for help.

Hey there, @user_7204db. I am sorry you are having issue with our Stream App. It is still in beta, and we are continuously making improvements to enhance the app to be the best possible.
Are you having the sound issue on all downloaded shows, or just specific ones?
